Terms of use

These terms apply to the TurnPlay app and its online services. TurnPlay is published by Mindzone Company Limited, Thailabd (“we”). By using TurnPlay you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 6 years old to play online, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your guest profile and account
- You can play without an account. For online play we create a guest profile with a generated name.
- If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- You can delete your data any time under Settings → Delete my data. See our privacy policy.
3. Fair play
Play fair and be kind. It is not allowed to:
- cheat, use bots or modified apps, or exploit bugs;
- arrange results with other players (for example losing on purpose) to change ratings or leaderboards;
- use offensive, hateful or misleading names;
- disrupt or overload our servers, or access them other than through the app.
We may rename profiles or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a player from the game result or the leaderboard.
4. Purchases
- All games are free. “Remove ads” is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription; it turns off ads on the store account you bought it with.
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Refunds are handled by them according to their policies.
- You can restore the purchase with Settings → Restore Purchases on the same store account.
5. Ads
The first 21 days after installing are ad-free. After that, ads may appear between finished games. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; see the privacy policy for how consent works.
6. The service
We work to keep TurnPlay running, but online features may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, add or remove features or games. Practice, pass & play and nearby games work without our server.
The app, its games, designs and content belong to Mindzone Company Limited. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play.
7. Liability
TurnPlay is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, ratings or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. App stores
If you downloaded TurnPlay from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for TurnPlay or its support.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using TurnPlay at any time by deleting your data and the app.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Thailand.
